"My room wasn’t clean. My bedding has blood and stains, the hot tub didn’t work, etc"

"The rooms were clean with neat themes (ours was the Cinema Room with a chest of drawers made to look like a box of popcorn). We did not go in the pool, but it looked nice. The breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, but hit the spot. The staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay again."
