We recommend arriving by car - there is parking available. There is a local shop, garage and takeaways just 5 minutes walk from the property.  
  
It’s just a 10 minute drive into central Colchester and Colchester train station.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.   
  
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.  
  
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Good comms but lacked basics, half a toilet roll between 4 adults? Travel size kettle, no grill pan. Location was the most important for us to get to chelmsford, but definitely needs better basics
