This newly refurbished Victorian cottage has four bedrooms: one ensuite master, two doubles (or an extra twin depending on preference) and a single. One of doubles is also downstairs. There are three beautifully appointed bathrooms, a fully-fitted dining kitchen including a wine fridge and coffee machine. The dual aspect, panelled living room with bay window and French doors to outdoor terrace has a fireplace with wood burner, sumptuous furnishing and large smart TV. Outdoors, the woodland garden offers guests plenty of private space for dining alfresco and family fun. There are two sheltered terraces, a large deck with lighting, a firepit and gas BBQ. Langham Hall is situated in Dedham Vale, often referred to as "Constable Country," is a stunning area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) located in the Essex-Suffolk border. Known for its idyllic landscapes, rolling hills, meandering rivers, and picturesque villages, the region is closely associated with the renowned artist John Constable, whose famous paintings, like The Hay Wain, capture its tranquil beauty. Kitchen was really well equipped and the hob/oven was easy to operate. The setting is simply beautiful, right on the edge of the Forest. The marketing photos do not do it justice, you have to see it to believe it. The presentation of the actually property was immaculate and the Owners were very possibly the nicest people I have ever met. Warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The Tour of the Grounds was informative but relaxed, and we had the most wonderful time. I shall be returning and I urge anyone to visit this place at least once.
