Owners thoughtfully provided condiments for sandwiches/burgers. Comfortable furniture, functioning minisplits cooled the place off quickly. My only complaint was that none of the windows in the TV room/den off the kitchen had screens -- it was a warm weekend and it would have been nice to be able to open those.
