The cottage is completely self contained with underfloor heating in the conservatory opening onto sun decking and enclosed lawned garden, situated in a quiet area with off road parking. Bike hire is available on request. Beach Hut hire is available locally for your stay. It's beautifully proportioned, and the conservatory is a blissful place to spend time even if the British weather isn't kind! The bedrooms are really comfortable, and the decoration throughout is so tasteful. Mersea is a lovely place to spend time, and you can easily walk to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants from Sunshine Corner. We hired a beach hut during our visit too, and that was brilliant fun.
