This beautiful **holiday home in Coín** combines rural charm with urban comfort, located less than five minutes walking from the urban centre. Situated in a quiet area, from here you will have easy access to main roads that connect with impressive natural destinations such as Barranco Blanco, Juanar Refuge or the famous Caminito del Rey, in addition to the beaches of Marbella, Cala de Mijas or Fuengirola. The dwelling, built on the historic Mozarabic Rock Caves, offers an ideal orientation to enjoy wonderful sunsets that bathe the house with warm light in the evenings. Just a three-minute walk away, you can reach the town centre, where you'll find the Town Hall, bars, restaurants and all types of services and shops. Every Sunday, don't miss the antiques market at La Trocha, a perfect plan to discover local treasures.
