Tiny elevator, where two people and one small suitcase barely fit. We couldn't use stairs because it was blocked due to construction. Instead of one room for 2 adults 2 kids, we were in two separate rooms (at the end of the hallway). Breakfast was less than mediocre. But it was great that they stored our luggage until the rooms were ready.

This hotel is wonderful because of it’s customer service. Wilfred is so accommodating. The property is great for the price with a large bathroom. Metro 6 line is right across the street and also walkable to many areas. Highly recommend!

Imagine a high quality hostel more than “hotel.” Staff are very nice but rooms are tiny and hostel-like. It’s a great hostel, not hotel, but location for the price rules!

Great place to stay near the effiel, staff is friendly and amazing, room is very clean and cozy. Only complaint will be that area is nozy and could hear the bangs of the other doors of the hotel closing.

Just need air conditioner, also cable with international channels or a smart tv to be able to use Netflix since it only has basic antena in French .. food wasn’t great.

The hotel is in a great location for the Eiffel Tower and is close to the metro. The staff are friendly. The receptionist Jean Claude was fantastic and had some great suggestions for food etc. The room had everything needed and was clean.

Loved the location, just blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is older, rooms were small but clean. Service is good and Friendly. Restaurants close by. Highly recommend it

The staff here was absolutely amazing. So, so friendly and accommodating. They let us into our room early, and rooms were clean. Great location. Would highly recommend. Also great value.

The hotel was easy to find and comfortable, but the best thing was the staff! They were awesome…everybody single employee was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had answers to all of our questions during our first trip to Paris!

The staff at the property were excellent and the location was good. The problem is the area around the Eiffel Tower is littered with garbage and feels unsafe at night. The hotel was pleasant and the location was very convenient.

If you are traveling for your first time and on a budget this is a great hotel. Staff is great and very attentive. I felt very safe and the hotel is next to the train stop. My window faced the train station and I didn’t have issues with noise. Great location.

We stayed for one night checked out today. Melanie at reception greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. Big thanks to her for making our stay comfortable & all her assistance. Excellent location! Close to Eiffel Tower which is 10 minutes walk. Metro is right in front of the hotel which was so convenient. We took the RER from Charles de Gaulle up-to Denfert-Rochereau then took metro on line 6 to Bir-Hakeim. Journey time approximately an hour. We would stay here again.

Staff absolutely brilliant, welcoming and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Constructive criticism is that I would not have expected the air con to be broken in a room at £160/night and the carpet and decor inside the room to be rather worn, but understand that paris rates are on the higher side to stay within the city. Would be happy to return based upon the excellence of the staff on the front desk. All of whom are the biggest asset/credit to the hotel.
