Loft Saeko is an OVO Network property. The OVO Network team’s opinion - Loft Saeko is a cosy apartment for up to eight people (including six adults), with three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. You'll immediately feel at home in the living room, with its light and elegant colours. It comprises a seating area with sofa and television, a dining table where you can all eat together and a fully-equipped kitchen where cooking is a pleasure. French doors from the living area open onto three spacious balconies, where you can relax with a coffee or enjoy a meal in good weather. One of the three double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room and direct access to the larger balcony. Another room, designed for a family, has two double bunk beds. There’s a separate bathroom with a bath, double washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet and a laundry room, with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Finally, there are two covered garage spaces, with a charging point for electric vehicles. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. A charging point for electric vehicles is available and dedicated to the appartment. You will be charged €0.25 per kWh at the end of your stay. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.
