This beautiful new apartment of approximately 35 sqm is located near the Place du Cernix. It has a furnished south-facing terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor lunches. It is designed to accommodate four people, ideally 2 adults and 2 children. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment offers an unobstructed view of the Aravis mountain range (residence with elevator). The Canopée residence, made up of 2 buildings, is located approximately 500m walk from local shops and the Cernix chairlift. Holidaymakers will also appreciate the free shuttle located just 100 meters away, facilitating access to the slopes.

The Crest-Voland Cohennoz ski resort combine two charming resort villages, offering a warm, authentic atmosphere. Situated at an altitude of 1,230 metres, Crest-Voland is particularly appealing to families and skiers in search of simplicity. South-facing, on the sunny side of Arly's valley, the resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range and Mont Charvin.  
  
The Cernix place now boasts a children's play area and a central market hall designed to host a covered market and events, creating a genuine meeting place.  
  
Crest Voland's village is located in the heart of the Espace Diamant, with its 192 km slopes and its 6 linked resorts villages (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.  
  
In summer, you will be in 600 meters from the children's playground and also close to many paths to enjoy walking or mountain biking rides.  
The Logère's chairlift is open 5 days per week and it gives you easy access to the most beautiful panoramas of the Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range, one of the most beautiful view of the Val d'arly.  
The Flumet's lake is about 10 km drive.  
  
The Val d'Arly and its surrounding areas have many quality restaurants, both Michelin-starred and others.  
You will appreciate the proximity of many nearby places to visit, such as Chamonix, Megève and Annecy.
