Living room with equipped kitchen (kettle, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, combination oven, etc.), dining area, and bay window opening onto a west-facing balcony. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed for 2 people (east), 1 mezzanine serving as a TV area with a sofa bed (sleeps 2). The beds are equipped with duvets, blankets, and pillows. 1 covered parking space #23 (Building A) and 1 uncovered parking space #23 (Building B), 1 ski locker. No smoking, pets not allowed.
