The apartment is a few steps away from 2 private swimming pools, a childrens pool and pool house with table tennis. The apartment is equipped with fitted wardrobes and a fitted kitchen which includes a washing machine, fridge and microwave. The decor of the living room is typically provencal and has a double sofa bed. The oak bi-fold doors open up to reveal the kitchen which has the added benefit of a breakfast bar and easy wicker chairs. The external patio doors from the kitchen lead onto the private garden with sun loungers and table and chairs for al fresco dinning. The bathroom has recently been up graded and includes a very invigorating power shower. The garden is planted with a range of mediterranean plants and pine trees and backs onto extensive woodland and vineyards. L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans un domaine privé assez classe et à 30 mètres de la piscine (de l’autre côté de la route). Il est très joliment décoré, dans un style shabby chic qui change des locations de vacances habituelles. La literie est bonne. Le petit jardin situé à l’arrière est magnifique et très cosy, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps le matin et le soir, avant ou après nos sorties dans les environs. Quelques points négatifs à noter cependant : la smart TV n’en est pas vraiment une puisque Netflix et Youtube ne fonctionnent pas et qu’il est impossible de caster l’image de son smartphone sur l’écran de la télévision. Le réfrigérateur tabletop est vraiment trop petit, même pour deux adultes. Mais le gros problème demeure le stationnement. Chaque appartement de la résidence possède sa place mais des gens extérieurs s’y garent et on peut rentrer le soir et découvrir que notre place est prise. Il faudrait un arceau de parking verrouillé sur chaque emplacement pour éviter ce genre de désagrément très énervant pendant des vacances. J’espère que la copropriété fera ce qu’il faut pour éliminer ce désagrément. Cela dit, l’impression globale reste très positive. Ce petit appartement est très bien agencé et équipé. On s’y est sentis merveilleusement bien pendant deux semaines et si nous revenons à Cogolin, nous n’hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Leute optimal. Es war eines der saubersten Objekte, das wir jemals gebucht hatten. Der Check-in war total unproblematisch. Das Pool ist gleich gegenüber, was sehr praktisch ist. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, aber Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Strände etc sind in ein paar Fahrminuten erreichbar. Der Garten ist herrlich, allerdings ist ein Moskitoschutz zu empfehlen, da hinten dran gleich der Wald ist (super Schatten). Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter! ##### Lydia P. Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wenn man Abends noch einmal eine Abkühlung braucht ist der Pool nur wenige Schritte entfernt und im kleinen Garten lässt sich am Abend noch ein Wein genießen. Die Betreuung durch Julie ist auch ohne das wir sie persönlich kennengelernt haben super.. Es war einfach toll Wiebke, Flynn und Kai ##### Kai M. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, der Platz ist optimal ausgenutzt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine Gärten, in dem wir uns dank des guten Wetters hauptsächlich aufgehalten haben. Toll sind auch die beiden großen Pools. Hinter dem Apartment geht ein schöner Weg entlang, der weiter auf den Hügel führt, von dem man einen guten Blick auf die wunderschöne Gegend hat. ##### Isabel B. But it is perfect for 2 people.Very nice decorated. the location is great , quiet and relaxing in the evening and very short drive to Gassin , Port Grimaud and St.Tropez. There were also a big Tivoli just down the road and the kids loved it! For beaches i would recommend to go to Pampelone beach , and we drove the road Julie recommend and avoided all traffic jam. we visited the Le Esquinade restaurant that was on the beach two days , foods was really good and beach is beatiful! ##### dorthe c. Das Appartment ist schön und der kleine Garten fantastisch. Mit drei Personen war die Unterkunft von der Größe gerade so o.k. Sie ist eher etwas für Paare. Im Appartment befindet sich alles, was man so benötigt. Leider war bei unserer Ankunft die Küche nicht sauber. Deshalb auch ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten war alles sehr schön. Die Appartmentanlage ist sehr ruhig. Der Pool ist nur einige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub! ##### Christin S. Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in Julies gut eingerichteter Wohnung und dem gemütlichen Garten verbracht. Auch die beiden Pools haben wir täglich sehr gerne genutzt. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen, das man sich sehr gut erholen kann. Wir danken Julie für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter. It is in a central location, close to Saint Tropez, coastal beaches, pretty inland towns, a good food hall called Grand Frais, and our favourite restaurants and brocante (antique and bric a brac) markets. The owners have created tasteful calm interiors, obviously love and care for this holiday home, and have provided all you need to self-cater. The owners are also extremely helpful before and during your stay. As owners ourselves of holiday cottages for couples only, we were very happy with everything here and hope we will escape to the S of France again to make a return visit. Thank you to the owners for creating a super space for holidaymakers to the area. ##### Emma R. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. WIFI funktioniert einwandfrei. Zwei große Pools liegen nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Zugang zur Anlage bekommt man nur über einen Sichertheitscode , somit ist die Sicherheit gewährleistet. Im Umkreis von nur wenigen Kilometern befinden sich zahlreiche kleine Orte mit hervorragenden Restaurants. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt sind es nur 3-4 Minuten. Zur Bäckerei ( ab 06.30 Uhr geöffnet) ebenfalls.( Richtung Cogolin) Zahlreiche Strände befinden sich auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man benötigt aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto !!
