Located on the ground floor, this bright and quiet space includes:  
\- a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed;  
\- a functional bathroom;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen to easily prepare your meals;  
\- a welcoming living room with a sofa bed for 1 person.  
  
One of the apartment’s highlights is its lovely private garden, where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a good book in the shade, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.  
  
During your stay, you'll also benefit from many modern amenities: Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, fan, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, toaster, plancha grill, coffee machine… Everything is designed for your comfort. \## Emplacement  
Close to the coast, Cogolin is a picturesque Provençal village built on the slopes of the Maures massif.  
  
With a very mild climate all year round, Cogolin is one of the few communes in the Var department that slowly stretches from the land to the shores of the Mediterranean.  
  
Life developed around its fortified enclosure, located in the upper part where the Clock Tower still dominates. This is the vestige of one of the entrances to the surrounding wall. This defensive system encompassed the dwelling houses and the seigneurial castle. Thus, Cogolin, watered by the Giscle and the Mole, flourished, enjoying the riches of its natural environment: the massif of Maures (cork, heaths), the plain with fertile lands (market gardening, canniers) and its hillsides whose vines produce a renowned wine.  
  
Located in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the city has today become a popular resort, with its heritage, its craftsmanship and its environment. In the immediate vicinity of the beaches of Saint-Tropez and its peninsula, active and lively throughout the year, the city also offers the diversity and quality of its fabric of artisans and traders.
