J’ai été surpris car ils ne font pas d’états des lieux, c’est le personnel de ménage qui s’en occupe lors de votre départ. Pensez donc lors de votre arrivée à filmer ou prendre des photos et envoyer un mail à l’agence avec preuve et signalement.
