It features an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The single-storey apartment is composed as follows:  
\- 20 m² living room with TV, sofas and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron.

\- A beautiful 2,000 m² unfenced garden shared with the owners  
\- South-facing balcony off the main room  
\- A 9 m² terrace on the garden side, with furniture to enjoy fine weather.  
  
The house is ideally located in Cognet, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the home's private parking lot.
