Renovated kitchen with dishwasher for your convenience, spacious living area boasts a full screen TV, DVD player and Surround Sound System as well as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and updated bedroom furnishings to provide you with all the comforts you desire. Tee Jays comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests: Main Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan and built-in robes Bedroom Two: Double Bed and Single bed, ceiling fans, TV and built-in robe. Sawtell's main patrolled beach is only a short stroll away, you can keep an eye on the kids while they walk to the Surf Club. A Weber BBQ is also provided for your convenience on the tiled patio and a fully fenced grassed yard for the children to play. Parking is off street and undercover.
