Palm Springs-inspired design with brand-new furnishings, quality queen beds, blockout blinds, portacot, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and open-plan living that flows to a sunny deck among palms, camellias and gums. Perfect for couples or families. Wake to birdsong, stargaze by night, secluded yet close to everything. Inside you’ll find three stylish bedrooms, each with a quality queen bed, crisp linens and thoughtful touches throughout. The open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is light-filled and welcoming, opening onto a north-facing deck with tranquil views of palms, camellias and towering gums. Bedroom 2 also has its own side deck that leads onto a lush fernery. The Main House is designed for privacy and comfort. Also shared on the 1-acre property land, but completely separate, is a fully self-contained granny flat with its own entrance, deck and outlook. Ideal for extended family or friends, both dwellings can be booked for the full Bonny Emerald experience. Each has its own private outdoor space, positioned on different levels of the block for total privacy. The Main House has the front deck, garden and side deck. Outside, you’ll be surrounded by nature. The 1-acre property rises up a steeper slope toward the top of the block, that both house and granny flat guests are welcomed to checkout. The lovely elevated views look out over eucalyptus trees with glimpses of the ocean beyond. Spot native birds, wallabies and kangaroos, or wander down the road to see the friendly white donkeys and Kia, a brown horse who loves carrots. Whether you are a couple seeking a stylish escape or a small group wanting more space, Bonny Emerald delivers comfort with the feeling of being truly tucked away. This lush, subtropical setting feels like a private sanctuary, yet is only a 5-minute drive from Emerald and Sandy Beach, as well as local cafés and attractions. Guests have full, private access to the main house, private driveway, including three bedrooms, open-plan living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny deck perfect for morning coffees or afternoon lounging. The front garden area is yours to enjoy, offering a peaceful spot to relax amongst the palms. The home sits on a 1-acre block and your space and outlook remain completely private. The granny flat located further up the slope has its own entrance and outlook. Both main house and granny flat guests are welcomed to explore up the slope to view the beautiful eucalyptus trees and ocean glimpses. Guests have full privacy and self check-in on arrival. We loved how nicely appointed the home was, nestled in gorgeous gardens that make you feel truly immersed in nature. It’s a quick drive to Emerald or Sandy Beach, and only 10 minutes to Moonee Beach for any essentials. Getting into the heart of Coffs Harbour to see the sights was an easy 20-minute run on the freeway.We stayed for a week but could have easily stayed longer, there is just so much to see and do, and the locals are incredibly welcoming. A huge thank you to our host, Alicia, who was wonderful from the moment we first enquired. We would definitely visit again! ##### Michelle S.
