The space features two Separate dwellings: Magnolia House & Magnolia Cottage. In the house, there are 3 well-appointed bedrooms, a stylish bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need for a relaxed stay, including a full-size fridge, washing machine, Dryer. Outside, enjoy multiple balconies to sit and enjoy with your friends/family, perfect for soaking up the morning sun, cooking on the BBQ or enjoying lazy afternoons along with a private, fully fenced yard and undercover off-street parking. IMPORTANT: Our home is perfect for groups of all sizes. Bookings of up to 8 guests will have access to 4 comfortable bedrooms. For groups of 9 or more, the third bedroom (main house) will also be opened, providing plenty of extra space. Bedding for the sofa bed in the lounge room can be made available upon request. Within walking distance, you’ll find the showground, the Coffs Ex-Services Club, Dan Murphy's and a range of local shops, pubs and cafes.
