The 10-metre pool with a gazebo is the perfect spot to laze away the afternoons, ready a book, enjoy drinks or quality time together. Level one is the heart of the home and offers a large living and media room. So close the media curtains and cocoon yourself on the comfy lounge, and enjoy watching movies. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a queen bed and two single beds. There’s also a family bathroom with a separate toilet. The dining space has a dining table seating 8 and leads down a few steps to the gourmet entertainers kitchen with stone benchtops and windows looking out to the trees and ocean. There’s an additional light-filled sitting area with gorgeous cane lounges and large stacking glass doors that lead to the outside entertaining area. The pool filter was broken so it was dirty when we swam in it. The waterfall feature wasn't working either. The kitchen wasn't stocked with any basics, as we've always had in other holiday houses - salt and pepper, paper towel, cling wrap, etc. The floors weren't thoroughly cleaned, so our feet got dirty walking in the house. The shower in the main bathroom leaked from the wall so we couldn't use that shower. The basin in the main bedroom ensuite was clogged and drained slowly, so to wash our faces or clean teeth, we had to do so over the bath.
