My door handle was hard to use, didnt get much sleep could hear a bubs screaming and mom screaming at bubs. Bed comfortable. Ac worked good.

Unfortunately we had a room close to the hotel and the manager did tell us it was noisey on a Saturday and Sunday night. Mind you I slept through much of it. The place needs a renovation job which I understand they are doing. One has to remember that it is old and you are not paying a normal price. The simple breakfast was fine for what we needed.

Very Poor accommodation option
The room was unclean with an infestation of cockroaches. As a medium to large business completing work in the area for the next 5 years we will not be booking our staff into the Ibis again.

the staff were very helpful. But the first room they put us in had NO Lighting or remote for the TV the door handle entering the room was broken. the staff were quiet happy to give us another room, this room was musty and stale as it had not been aired in a while, the bed was uncomfortable, power points were no where near the bed which was in convenient as I use a CPAP machine luckily I had a extension cord with me or i wouldn't have been able to use it. This comment has no reflection on the receptionist as she was quiet helpful. but You need the do a upgrade if you want positive feed back and happy travelers .
