### FOUR BEDROOM RESIDENTIAL HOUSE

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of rooms to enjoy. Perfect home for a getaway for friends or multiple families. It's only 14 mins drive to the cafe strip in Jetty Beach and 15 mins into C.EX COFFS INTERNATIONAL STADIUM. Great for larger families or two families staying together.  
3 Storey house with spacious space for the whole family. This is a large home in a quiet area of Coffs Harbour but not far to drive to main part Coffs Harbour.  
The master bedroom is located in 3rd floor with walk in closet and has its own bathroom and toilet and has a separate big balcony for yourself with nice mountain view with a glimpse of water view on nice sunny day..
