Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished throughout, no expense has been spared in preparing this luxury holiday home. Enjoy the SMEG appliances, Nespresso Coffee Machines and Royal Doulton dinnerware as you holiday in style. The ground floor features a living area with TV, two bedrooms, family bathroom and laundry with an additional coffee machine for your convenience. There is a small, manicured garden to one side of the house featuring a timber bar setting and umbrella – the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee whilst reading the paper in the morning sun. Upstairs, you will find the main open plan living area consisting of a large kitchen, a dining area with a table and a lounge area with comfortable seating and beautiful ocean views. The living area opens onto the balcony with a BBQ and outdoor dining table with sweeping views over Woolgoolga Beach. You will also find a powder room for your convenience as well as the stunning main bedroom with ocean views, a walk-through wardrobe and a luxury ensuite with a shower and bathtub. Echoes at Woolgoolga is located just 20 minutes north of Coffs Harbour in the town of Woolgoolga. With beautiful beaches, magnificent rainforest and a famous curry festival, Woolgoolga on the Coffs Coast is perfect for a beach holiday, bushwalking and a spicy adventure. Swimming, snorkelling, surfing and kayaking are all popular, and the ruggedly beautiful headland is great for whale watching. Woolgoolga Beach, known to locals as Woopi, curves to the Woolgoolga Headland, in the gorgeous Coffs Coast Regional Park.
