Staff was very nice and friendly. The first room I got had not been cleaned. The next room looked in order but found dirty sheets, hair in shower. Apparently the housekeeping staff not doing their job. The desk clerk was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

I wish i had better things to say about this property because the staff cleaning up was nice upon checkout. But i really didnt like the dehumanizing check in with a digital kiosk. This robotic experience was a big turn off. Also they did not have the room I booked so they upgraded me to a jacuzzi suite. Sounds nice in theory but the room was moldy and the tub was barely functional and dirty. All of these things are no big deal in the grand scheme of things compared to the fact that my door DID NOT LOCK and I realized upon leaving in the morning anyone could have just opened the handle and come inside and robbed me. This is purely unacceptable and the staff was apologetic but still. They need to get their locks in check if they are going to be renting out rooms.

Its quiet. It is near dining which is nice. On the other hand our stove was dirty, the tub was cracked, stained and definitely mold growing in the bathroom. You dont ever deal with an actual person. You work off a kiosk to check in and it took us over 20 minutes just for it to boot up and be ready.

I booked two non smoking rooms and unfortunately my 8yr old and I were stuck in a smoking room. I talked to the gm scott and he helped me out in the end and think they have staffing issues just like eveyone else. Thanks for the accommodations!

No towels, no toilet paper. The TV never worked. The power in the room was not working we could not putting our devices are charges they would not compost they would not switches rooms. The room smelled like an ashtray, cigarette burn holes in the bedding, cigarette burns on the bathtub. The stove looked unsafe to use, there was no cooking utensils to be found, always had to ask for clean towels.

We booked this in advance. When we arrived they gave us two rooms that were not connected. An hour later someone arrived and checked into the room between us, so they did not plan ahead to keep us together even though the reservation was made on one Expedia account for the two rooms. The door between the one room and the room that wasn’t ours would not lock and when we tried to lock it partially fell off the door jam. The whole building is old and yucky and although it was clean (cleaning staff was very nice and kind!!) the building itself is old and needs repaired. The bathroom paint has stains etc, that type of thing. The pool doesn’t open until 10! Check out is 11 so that’s not much time to allow kids to swim and get them showered and ready to leave by 11. Also for the price I feel like zero breakfast, not even cereal or oatmeal packets, is kind of a rip off.

Every time we would leave the hotel and come back our key card would not work and we would have to go to office for them to fix it. We were there three nights, very inconvenient and frustrating. People talking loudly, laughing loudly, yelling, knocking and slamming doors, dogs barking all hours of the night and morning. Bathroom was gross, smelled, mold on ceilings, toilet overflowed...list goes on. Only reason we stayed was because we were at the amusement park mostly and only there to sleep, but will not be back.

Bed frame was cloth material and badly stained, the sheets & bed cover had burn holes throughout, the key failed twice before being corrected. The building is in poor condition, and the room had a musty smell to it.

Fair stay but serive was disappointing. Cleaning service only left towels and toilet paper on bed. No cleaning done nor bed done, not even a vacuum in our room.

This hotel is terrible, rooms are dirty and smelly, the pool is not open and the building is falling apart. Definitely I don’t recommend stay in this hotel.
