Kitchen was fully equipped with a regular drip coffee maker and k-cup coffee maker and a gourmet toaster. Full size fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Laundry room with large washer and dryer and laundry soap was included! There was a BBQ and hot tub and other outdoor spaces but we did not use as it was too hot while we were there. Also, for the outdoor patio. The outdoor furniture is old and needs to be replaced. The kitchen was not well stocked, missing things like casserole pans, aluminum foil and salt and pepper. We have rented properties before and this home was not clean. The living room windows inside were filthy -hand prints and dirt all over. I cleaned them so we could enjoy the lovely view. The master bath shower floor was dirty and the walls had yellow streaks running down and lots of dead bugs in the overhead light. Under the living room couch was a dirty sock and the rugs were stained. Also the blinds in the dining room are broken- the left one fell down when we tried to open it and the right one's pull snapped when we tried to open it. The master bedroom blind on the far right doesn't open at all. This home is in great need of a deep cleaning. It is so beautiful, but for the rental amount it should also be clean. Also the propane tanks for both the BBQ and fire pit were empty. We were told that they would be provided (1 tank) and when I called I was told I could come by and pick one up from the property mgmt office. This is not something we should have had to do since we paid for this to be provided. We purchased a full tank of propane and left the remainder for the next guest. Overall I was quite unhappy with the condition of the house. And having to pay a cleaning fee when we arrived to a dirty home was a real disappointment. Aug 10, 2018 #### Very nice lake home with some problems This was a very comfortable house that accommodated my wife and two other couples on our vacation. The rooms are spacious and the beds were fine particularly in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well appointed and we all loved the bbq. The living room and deck were terrific. Two problems though: the freezer did not work, nor did the internet. We called VRBO and they sent a repair man but he couldn't fix either. ##### Marvin B.
