The Space:  
With its size, style, and location, Shoreline Retreat is the ideal way to experience Coeur d'Alene. Just a block north of Sander's beach, you can leave the car in the garage, fill the wagon with floaties and snacks, and walk down to the neighborhood beach during the day. And with comfortable outdoor seating, you can relax under the tall pines in the evening while dinner sizzles on the grill.  
  
Entering through the beautifully crafted door, you'll find hardwood floors spread throughout the home's great room. In the open-concept kitchen, you'll find upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of lighting for easy cooking. The large kitchen island has seating for three while the dining table with seating for eight.  
  
Round the corner on this main level to find the conveniently located half-bath. Just beyond, you'll find the primary suite with a cozy king bed, Smart TV, plenty of storage, and a warm, airy feel that will give you a quality experience. The ensuite bathroom is spacious with a glass shower, vanity with seating for easy getting ready, and ample lighting. A walk-in closest completes this space while the granite countertops and chandelier details make these very luxury rooms dazzling.  
  
Journey up to the second level where the main living space awaits. This bright room was expertly designed around the large windows to give just enough color and texture. Cozy in on the large sectional for a family movie night, or settle in with a book beside the fireplace. A corner table provides additional seating for four and leads to a balcony with seating for two, a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee.  
  
Behind the nearby French doors, an office gives you a private space with a desk, or grab a game off the shelf for hours of fun. Down the hall, two colorful rooms complete this level with a queen bed and Smart TV in each. Between the rooms sits a large full bathroom with a tub.  
  
Make your way back down the stairs to find the lower level where a separate family space awaits with a ping-pong table and drink bar complete with a wine fridge and Keurig. Follow the tiled floor into the large fourth bedroom with a queen bed, bench seating, and storage. The second primary and fifth bedroom can be found on this level as well and is separated by a door to the hall for added privacy. With a king bed, Smart TV, and walk-in closet, this carpeted room is cozy yet spacious. The second primary bathroom on this level is light and breezy with tile throughout, a glass shower, large mirrors, and a seated vanity for easy getting ready.  
  
There are two one-car garages attached to the home, side-by-side with a gym in between where you'll find a stationary bike, weights, yoga mat, and jump rope. With the home, you'll also have access to beach chairs, a paddleboard, wagon for easy transportation, a basket full of sports balls, and more!  
  
Just blocks from the base of Tubbs Hill, you'll have easy access to casual hiking with incredible lake views. McEuen Park is nearby as well, with a large play structure and splash pad for the kids, concert series in the summer, and an ice rink in the winter. Close to downtown, you'll have all the dining options you could desire from the Crafted Gastropub for casual dining, Honey Eatery and Social Club, and the Coeur d'Alene resort with its 5-star dining option, Beverly's.

House is just as described. Location is really awesome - walking distance to lake, docks, downtown area and an amazing playground and splash pad for kids. Backyard is really pretty, we had a great time grilling back there. Would definitely recommend, especially for groups - the house is kind of spread out so there’s different areas for everyone to have their own space

We had a wonderful expirience here. Just 2 blocks up from the beach, the location of the house was awesome! Neighborhood is quiet and serene. The house itself was beautiful and well maintained with plenty of entertainment for everyone including a ping pong table that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. 10/10 would recommend and hopefully will get to stay again soon!

Nice property within walking distance to a beach on the lake. It was a large home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The home needed more utensils , mixing bowls and pans for the size of the home. Every room was very comfortable and nice. We were disappointed they didn’t have cable TV. Considering the price per night we thought it should have.

#### Wonderful weekend in Cor de Lain, Idaho

This Shoreline Retreat was the perfect family reunion getaway. We enjoyed the comfort of the home, the beautiful back yard, the quick access to beautiful walks and hikes and how close it was to town to enjoy some of the local restaurants. #### Better than Advertised

This was by far one of the best places we have stayed using VRBO. The pictures were exactly what we got when we arrived. The house had everything we needed and more and was a perfect place for my family to get away for a week. The house is very spacious and even gave us some great ideas for what we want to add to the house we are building. The management company was right there for us when we needed something and really made us feel welcome. We are looking forward to our next trip to CDA and this place will be the first one we look for in availability.

Loved this home! It is perfect for a large group! The home is decorated nicely, kitchen is perfect for large family dinners and the location is ideal! We hiked Tubbs Hill, walked to Sherman Ave and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Will come back in the summer!

Our group was in CDA for a work related event. This location provided each of us with our own room, privacy, and a place for team bonding. It was close enough to make the quick drive to the resort, but a little too far for a walk in heels. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Thank you again for hosting us!

Lots of bedrooms. 3 floors so it was nice that you could have your own space, even if you were with a bigger group. Cute little fenced backyard. It was relaxing to sit outside on the patio furniture and chat. Ping pong table was a good source of entertainment.

#### Best Wedding Week

Had the pleasure of staying here while attending my son's wedding in CDA. Everything about this place is spectacular-- from the art on the walls to furnishings. The host team was very responsive and timely when I had questions. Top notch. We had 9 people, age ranging from 2 to 85. We all loved it. Plenty of room for all of us. The modern up to date kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The back yard was a fun spot to hang out and relax. We spent time in the living area as a family and had fun peeking out the window into the tree watching some baby robins and their mama. The location is one of the best features. A block from public beaches and the lake. Host provided chairs, paddle board and a wagon. We had to run around quite a bit with wedding activities and it was nice to be centrally located. The only downside for us was that our two 85 year old Moms had to do stairs quite a bit as kitchen, living room and most bedrooms are on different levels- so know if you have someone who can't do many stairs, maybe not the place to stay. We would love to come back and stay again.

#### Pre summer retreat

Spent a long weekend at CDA. Great location to be able to walk downtown, walk along the lake and hike. House is well appointed with a nice seating area in the fenced backyard. The upstairs living room had a large comfy couch to watch movies together. Beds were very comfortable. The property is furnished with plenty of blankets and towels. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, (although there are lots of great restaurants in the area). I would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Beautiful home. Everything was lovely. We had one hiccup with wifi one night but despite messaging the owners well past midnight we still received a quick response and resolution. Would definitely stay here again. Beds were comfy. Everything was super clean. It worked perfectly for what we needed for our group.
