With large windows that fill the home with natural light and an open-concept kitchen and living area, this property is ideal for families and groups looking for the perfect North Idaho getaway.  
  
Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, spend the afternoon out on the water, and wind down with sunset views over the lake. Whether you’re exploring downtown Coeur d’Alene or relaxing on the dock, this home blends relaxation, adventure, and convenience all in one.

• The Coeur d’Alene Resort & Marina – 18 miles / 27 minutes (lake cruises, spa, golf, and boat rentals)  
• Tubbs Hill Nature Trails – 18 miles / 27 minutes (hiking, swimming, and lake views)  
• McEuen Park & City Beach – 18 miles / 27 minutes (family-friendly park and beach)

• Parking available on site (four vehicles max) - 4WD or ALL WD required November through March.  
• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum of $250 per stay. Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a pet!  
• All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense
