Designed for both adventure and relaxation, this cozy hideaway features a private deck with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Step inside to find floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning lake views, a warm and inviting living room with an electric fireplace and Smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for your favorite meals. Spend your days out on the water—dock your boat, soak up the sun, or take the paddleboards in the quiet bay. All guests have access to community private beach and picnic area just a few steps away. Whether you're cozying up indoors or soaking in the lakeside serenity outside, this unique A-frame offers the perfect mix of comfort, charm, and outdoor fun. –Where You’ll Sleep– •Bedroom 1: Queen bed •Bedroom 2: One double bed + two twin beds (perfect for families or kids) •Loft Area: King bed –Amenities You’ll Love– •Private deck with outdoor seating with BBQ •Dock for boating, fishing, or sunbathing (Dock is shared with one other property) •Two Stand-up paddleboards included •Floor-to-ceiling windows with lake views •Cozy living room with fireplace and Smart TV •Fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs \*\* EV Charger for guest to use –Location– •Nestled on Lake Coeur d'Alene on Kidd Island Bay •Peaceful, secluded setting, access to community private beach and picnic area •Perfect for lake days, outdoor adventure, or cozy nights in •15 minutes to downtown CDA –Good To Know– •Parking: Driveway parking available MAX 2 vehicles •This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). •All stays over 30 days will require a mid-stay clean. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense\* Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date.
