This Studio is very new and comes with a designated parking pad on the property just outside your door. Keyless private entry to our 516 square ft Studio with king sized bed, full bathroom, full kitchen, table, washer and dryer. Twin air mattress also available. 42” smart TV with HD antenna (Netflix and Prime capable). Just blocks from Tubbs Hill, McEuen Park, Centennial Bike Trail, CDA resort hotel, Blackwell Hotel and wedding venue, numerous coffee shops and restaurants. Perfect location for your Staycation! We take pride in keeping our property sparkling clean. Rest assured that we are taking extra steps to disinfect our property and exceeding CDC cleaning guidelines!
