It maintains its authentic character with modern cozy comforts. Upstairs Level offers Master Bedroom with King Bed, 1st Guest Room with Queen Bed, 2nd Guest Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds, & Bathroom. Main level offers a charming entry, comfortable Living Room, Den with Full Size Bed Conversion, Full Size Bathroom with a Claw Foot Tub, Wonderful Kitchen, Laundry Room/Mud Room and easy access to both front porch and back patio. Open the white picket gate and step up onto a welcoming front porch, enter through the front door to find a small foyer. Immediately on your left a stairwell leading to the 2nd floor and on your right the entrance to the living room. Across the living room down the hallway the den (optional 4th bedroom) will be on your left and up ahead around a corner on your right, a full size bath. Continuing down the hallway you will come to the kitchen which includes a large dining area. Looking out the kitchen windows you will enjoy views of the back patio. Turn to your left and enter into the adjoining laundry room with back door that opens onto the side yard. From the front door-foyer take the stairs to the 2nd floor. Once at the top immediately at your right is the 2nd bathroom. Immediately to the right is the Master bedroom with a king size bed. At your left is the 2nd bedroom with a Queen size bed, and on your right the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds. The entire home, both floors, have both heat and air conditioning (optional small fans are also available) The entire property is fenced & gated for your comfort & privacy There are three outdoor useable spaces for you to enjoy. +The front yard which the porch looks upon with its porch swing, rocking chairs & charming bench. (Ring camera doorbell location-FYI) +The side yard with fire pit/comfortable chairs, hammock, repurposed greenhouse - enjoy fresh herbs! +The backyard with hot tub, beach cruisers, BBQ, 10 person tables & chairs, back parking exit & entrance, kayaks, paddle board & outdoor fun storage box. Growing up here, Garden District was always the neighborhood everyone admired for the clean old design and each one of us ladies would have loved to be there. This house did not disappoint! From the charming decor and well stoked (and labeled) rooms, we were in for a treat! The hosts were lovely and handled our over-hyped communication style with ease. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There were many extra touches in the home that sets it miles ahead of most vacation rentals. We rented this property for a Birthday/Girls trip weekend. I was perfect! Everything you could ever need was at the house. Plus extras, like a hot tub and igloo enclosure with heater. The house was warm and cozy, the rooms had wonderful beds and a ton of room. Everything was in walking distance from the house. Samantha was so wonderful to work with. Might be hard for some to go up and down the stairs however a bed can be made downstairs. Igloo was so cute and we ordered a smores board that topped the experience. Highly recommend staying here with friends and family it was a perfect place to celebrate my friend and Is 29th birthday. Wished we were able to stay longer than one day. The house is absolutely beautiful with charming details in every room. When I say this house felt like home, I absolutely mean it. Samantha was so kind and considerate, she knew we had an infant and was sure to leave out all the necessities from a pack and play to baby monitors, and the most adorable little ducky bath towel! The coffee bar was delightful, we felt spoiled. The property is inviting and cozy and made traveling with a bunch of kids feel like a treat. I can’t express enough how in love we are with this house and how much we appreciate the hospitality of Samantha. We cannot wait to come again! ##### Taylor P. The house was beautiful and had all we needed. The yard was beautifully maintained and came with lawn games, fire pit, hot tub, chairs, and more. There is not one detail Samantha didn't think of when creating this cozy and inviting space for her guests. From s'more kits and a fully stocked coffee/espresso bar to luxurious throw blankets and oversized pillows, she really thought of everything.
