Great stay!

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 children visiting from Canada and had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was spacious and clean. The backyard space under the gazebo was particularly nice as we spent most evenings out back with the fire table on. The host was quick to bring supplies by the house when asked. The house was in a great location, just a short walk to downtown and the lake. The immediate area the house was in (The Garden District) was equally nice to walk around with large treed streets and a quiet neighborhood. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Awesome last-minute stay!

We are from the east coast and had a trip planned for months, but at the very last minute our initial reservation (at a different property) cancelled on us so we were scrambling to find another place to stay. Thankfully were able to book this home and it was way better than the first house we originally planned to stay in! The property management team was extremely responsive and did everything they could to make sure we were all set. The house was spotless and the amenities were great to use. Only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Coeur D'Alene too! Only small downside was that there was no travel crib or high chair as listed in the amenities section, but the property manager said they'd get the listing adjusted to prevent any miscommunication in the future!

Amazing time!

We stay in a lot of vacation rentals and this one is by far the cleanest we have ever stayed! The home has been beautifully renovated. They have labeled where everything is and have anything you could need. The beds are comfortable, living room is comfortable to hang out and the kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting on the front porch in the mornings with our coffee and walking to CDA for dinners, lunches, etc. Location is great! It is very peaceful, but close to all the happening places as well. And CDA has so much to do! Paddle boarding, parasailing, hiking, alpaca farm and more! We would definitely stay at this property again! Thank you!

The home was very clean and looked like it had recently been renovated. You had everything you needed at this home to make you comfortable. Jean, property manager was amazing! Jean came to the house on our arrival to help us with the TV and Cable. Could not ask for a better stay !

Nice house in a great location. Has everything you need and everything is clearly labeled so you don’t have to go on a treasure hunt. The only negative is that the stairs to the upstairs bedroom were very steep but, it’s an older home and that was normal.

This property was great - it was a wonderful location, easy to get to, great rooms and a relaxing environment. Closets were lacking but it didn't matter because there was a lot of space to lay thing out. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay here. It is a short walk to the beach and to Hudsons, our favorite burger joint in CDA! The house has plenty of room, is clean, and is well stocked. The labels helped us find everything and return it to the right place. We used the outdoor dining most nights as it is beautiful under the gazebo. The most important part was the air conditioning this week. As we hit highs of 39 C, having a cool house to come back to and sleep in was a must. Jean -Thank you for the bottle of sparkling wine and the amazing house.

AWESOME LOCATION

We couldn't have asked for more. This adorable home is in a perfect location. It had everything you could want or need. The coffee station and mini-bar area had everything. (Coffee included and a welcome bottle of Rose) Plenty of towels, washer and dryer. Everything was clearly marked so you didnt have to search for anything, The beds were so comfortable and in the master there was an adjustable base! I need one of those. The living room super cozy and TV's in all rooms easy to use. They even had super cute and cozy fireplaces. We will definately be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in

This home is adorable and well-appointed. It really is the best VRBO we’ve experienced. The owners really took time to plan the whole home out for visitors. The neighborhood is very quiet and close enough to walk to downtown CDA. Even better than the listing states, there are smart TVs in every room, plenty of fluffy bath towels, hair dryers and soaps. The kitchen had every gadget and type of cooking pan and serving dish you might need. The grill was fantastic and brand new. In fact, the entire house feels like the inside is brand new. The washer and dryer are a little older, but cleaned our clothes perfectly and dried quickly. My family of 4, including a 6 and 2 year old and our 2 friends had plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed some great dinners on the back patio under the lights. The kids loved running back and forth across the long span between the living room and kitchen before bedtime. The office is cozy and quiet, and has a beautiful sitting area. The master bedroom was like it’s own apartment. Pillows and mattress were so comfortable, and the sitting area was a great bonus. I know you’re supposed to leave quick reviews, but we really did feel at home here and highly recommend this property for your CDA visit. We fell in love with the home and the beauty surrounding the entire area. Can’t wait to return.
