Getting its name from the historic main house that G.F. Wiard himself built in 1907\. This cottage is newly constructed with all modern amenities including central AC for your comfort. Considered a tiny home the G.F. Wiard cottage is lacking in nothing, offering a great room space that includes a kitchen, a living area, and a dining space. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, quartz countertops and full-size appliances. The cottage features one cozy bedroom with a queen bed, built in dresser, full closet and an ensuite bathroom. This gorgeous bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower! With natural light flooding the house through the windows and doors and with the vaulted ceilings, this home feels anything but small. G.F. Wiard cottage offers a fully fenced and spacious backyard perfect for your furry traveling companion as this home is pet friendly! The backyard also offers a patio space with seating and a gas grill.
