Rent along with the 'Baby Bear Cottage' on the other side and sleep 4 more for a total of 13! Only 50 miles from YNP! Perhaps too clean, there was a strong "Pinesol" smell when we walked in. Communication was excellent. We were concerned with the bedrooms being in the front of the house, but traffic noise died down at a reasonable time. We were up early, so the return of traffic didn't bother us. During a two week trip across several states, we needed a place to take a breath in the middle. Cody was the perfect stop and this cottage was great to relax in and get some laundry done. Very nice, easy walk to town, and close to some fun family activities. Jared met us at the house and gave us a walk through. I selected the house knowing I would be cooking meals all week for the new parents. The kitchen was nice and easy to navigate. Amy provided common spices for the kitchen. It was walking distance to downtown and there is a really cool taxidermy shop just a block up the road. We will be back again and look forward to our stay. They were great hosts, easily contacted and great people! It was refreshing to stay at a property managed by the owners instead of a management group.
