NO STAIRS. Air-conditioned lanai, for those who want to stay cool and enjoy the view of the bay. Enjoy, beautiful sunrises. 4 BR 2-1/2 BA, 2000 sq ft home. Plenty of parking. Outdoor kitchen, natural gas grill, deck and bar. Starlink WIFI. Launch your boat or jet ski, less than 4 miles away. Bring your fishing poles and bait. Fish, crab, and throw a net for shrimp off of the 300-foot pier. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Beds, Master has a king, #1 Queen, #2 Queen, and #3 has a trundle. There is also a fold-out bed on the lanai. A sunroom, with beautiful views of the bay. Washer/Dryer and no carpet. Amenities abound! I do want to caution people with small children. There is no fence, and the property is located on the water. If you are looking for relaxation, you will not be disappointed with visiting The Bay House. It was such a comfortable area to relax and enjoy the water, beautiful sunrises, and even fishing from the pier. Ruth and Steve were perfect hosts, checking on us several times just to make sure we didn’t need anything. They even provided fishing tips, along with the best line rigging and some bait. Outside we enjoyed the great fishing pier - caught a flounder! The outdoor kitchen was set up to boil the blue crabs we harvested from the pier and to grill the fresh shrimp, oysters and veggies we got from local fish markets and farm stands nearby. The outdoor sitting areas have wonderful views of the sunrise, the bay, and beautiful birds passing through as they migrate back to their northern homes during May. The house is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. We have a group of 8 men in their early 60’s that have a group golfing outing each year. All 8 of us agree this is a world class place to stay. The outdoor entertainment area was the highlight of the trip. A great place to enjoy the view and spend time with family & friends. The house itself was very clean with plenty of room for all of us. I highly recommend The Bay House for any occasion. Thank you to the owner who communicated each day to make sure we had everything we needed. 5+ Star Review well deserved. ##### Edward M. The Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The Bay House is a beautiful property, the Kitchen had everything we needed and very comfortable in all regards. The Exterior Patio was where we spend most of our time, this area is also beautiful. We grilled on the outdoor grill, and really enjoyed the LP Fire Pit. Sunrises and Moonrises were outstanding. We also spent some time on the Pier to watch the Moonrise and relax. I would absolutely recommend the Bay House, and we will be back to visit again. ##### Barry S.
