"I booked this for my friend and took the tour with him. Very homey and has kitties 😻. Everyone was nice and the host was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable (according to my friend who stayed there) and me sitting on the end of it. Has a TV and small fridge in the room for drinks or cool snacks. "

"Very nice and clean home. Easy check in and out. I like how this home is upgraded, but still has that aged/lived in feeling. We as a family of four have had some not so nice stays at hotels, but after staying here I am recommitted to only staying at vacation homes. I brought towels, rags, and cleaning products not knowing what to expect, but this house is very CLEAN and well stocked from the kitchen's plates, cups, utensils, and cooking items to all the updated appliances and the pantry has a few common household needs such as salt, pepper, aluminum foil and cooking oil, which was wondeful because I forgot to bring some foil and even though there is a Publix right around the corner, it was nice not to have to stop cooking dinner to run to the store. The bathrooms were well stocked with tissue, soap, shampoo and conditioner, we had our own body wash and whatnot, but its nice they have some there just in case. Everything was so clean, the house temperature was good too and the pool was a big hit. My boys enjoyed the game room very much, I really enjoyed Pac-Man... felt like being home. It was so nice to not be crammed in a hotel room, but in a big spacious home. The neighborhood was nice, clean, and very quiet. We did see three large waterbugs, but that's to be expected since there is a pool, which has a safety gate around it, but they were dead so they have great pest control. Too many compliments, not enough space. Recommended and will stay again."

"The house inside is beautiful, the beds could use some pillow tops, and paper supplies, no napkins or paper towels or Kleenex. The pictures say the water is close by but in reality it is not. The noise was a bit to loud for us."

"It is a smaller motel but don't let that keep you from coming here. The staff was very welcoming and kind to us. They upgraded our room to a suite for us due to unforeseen circumstances. How lucky! It had a vintage feel to it, but it had many modern amenities, such as a beautiful tile shower with a great, powerful shower head with a great sink. It was very affordable and suited our needs just right. Just know that the highway is directly across from it, so you late-risers might not get to sleep in till checkout like you always do."

"This is a great property in a great location. This home is beautiful on the inside with beautiful finishes! The pool and patio furniture were amazing as well! We’d definitely stay here again and is on our list to visit again! Thank you for thinking of everything in order for your guests to have a great stay!"

"It is an older home, that has had some updates. The second bathroom tub has discolorations on it possibly from previous refinish. Beds were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was clean and dishes were suitable for our family get together. The neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the screened in area."

"Our family outing to NASA and Legoland was really enjoyable with the perfect accomodations in Cocoa and the adorable village a short walk away. Beautiful place, great view, perfectly clean and all you could need."
