This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa, built in 1923, offers an authentic slice of Cocoa's rich history. Inside, you'll find a warm living space with classic features and an open floor plan connecting the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Large windows fill the home with natural light, highlighting its timeless design. The living room and bedrooms have TVs, Wi-Fi is throughout the home, and a workspace includes a convertible stand-up desk and a comfortable chair, perfect for remote work. Step outside to a lush courtyard with a pool, shaded patio, a fir-pit and a big yard perfect for pets and kids. Enjoy poolside relaxation, al fresco dining, and quality time with loved ones. Indoor entertainment includes a pool table, bar, board games, bike, rollerblades, and a yoga mat. A 6-minute bike ride takes you to historic Cocoa Village, filled with shops, restaurants, and pubs. The chic boho decor was cozy and inviting, and our group of six was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean, the pool table brought out the competition in us, and the pool and deck area gave us hours of outdoor enjoyment--morning, afternoon, and night--with plenty of privacy. We enjoyed having an open kitchen and dining area to cook and share our meals. The only attribute that wasn't our favorite was the fact that the flooring, while beautifully laid and updated, had different levels. (The living room area is one inch lower than the kitchen/dining, and the pool room is a step down from the kitchen.) We have a family member with mobility issues, and he struggled with stumbling over the uneven areas. Obviously, this would not be an issue for most folks, but we thought it is worth mentioning for any future renters who might have struggles with mobility.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with interesting wildlife to observe--tiny lizards scamper over the sidewalk, and a flock of white ibises thrilled our youngest member when they visited everyday. We were close to grocery stores, convenient stores, gas stations, and a fun Irish pub restaurant. We were close to a reputable medical facilty, which was needed at one point. It was a convenient location for our trips to the beach and Disney World. We felt extremely blessed to have this house as our "home" to return to each day. ##### Debra M. It was just going to be a quick visit but wanted for there to be things the kids could do. The home at games for us and the kids. The kids were the only ones brave enough to play in the pool. I told them they brought the cold with them since it was in the 60's for the stay. The check in instructions were easy enough. I was a little unsure about making the beds or taking the stuff off to be washed. We didn't see a book so that was the only thing missing. Everything else was as described.
