Welcome to our Seaside Retreat! This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a stunning outdoor private shower is the perfect getaway for those looking to relax and recharge by the ocean. A 1-minute walk to the beach, and you'll have the sand and surf at your feet, while our private inground pool offers the perfect spot to cool off after a day in the sun. Grab a floating pool lounger from the shed and enjoy.  
  
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay effortless, providing beach chairs, sun shelters, an umbrella, towels, and even a surfboard for a true beachside experience and a wagon to carry it all. Come unwind and make unforgettable memories in this coastal oasis. If you want to explore, there are 2 bikes ready for you.  
  
This home features three comfortable bedrooms, perfect for winding down after a day of sun and surf. The master suite offers a plush king-sized bed and its own private bathroom, with a door that leads straight to the backyard and outdoor shower, ideal for rinsing off sandy toes after a beach day, making post-beach clean-ups a breeze.  
  
On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find a serene guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, offering privacy and a quiet place to relax. Just next door is the third bedroom that also has a queen bed complemented by a loft twin bed, perfect for singles or school-age kids, or older. The living room also features a queen-sized pullout bed if you need to spread out.  
  
Whether you're traveling as a family or with friends, everyone will have their own comfortable space to relax and recharge.  
  
The spacious kitchen is designed with an open floor plan, making it the perfect place to gather and cook. With plenty of cabinet space and stunning granite countertops, you'll have room to prepare meals with ease. Equipped with updated appliances, a fully stocked pantry - this is our home, so use what you find and all the essentials—including dishes, utensils, pots, and pans—this kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home.

Conveniently located for both relaxation and adventure, we are 15 minutes from Port Canaveral—it's absolutely perfect for cruise travelers. Cape Canaveral is also the home of the awe-inspiring Kennedy Space Center, one of our most visited attractions. We are an hour from Orlando International Airport, making arrivals and departures a breeze. Orlando is also home to Disney World and other Orlando world-class attractions, which are just as close. Whether you're planning a cruise vacation, a beach getaway, a space-themed excursion, or planning to hit the theme parks, this spot puts you right in the heart of it all.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. The Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We loved our stay! The pool was beautiful and plenty big. The only thing I would have liked is if it had been heated and maybe had a little pool vacuum as it got dented easily. Of course it was October so having a heated pool would have been great but any other time of the year it would really not be necessary. The Beach was a very easy and short walking distance…perfect. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

The beach house is what we called this home while we were there. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we could have needed and more. Clean, 2 blocks from the beach and incredibly beautiful! Of course the pool was our favorite part! The pool shed was stocked with lots of floaties and a wagon for all our beach days! The outdoor shower was moms favorite part and hopefully we can stay here again!

#### Amazing week!

I’ve rented multiple properties on VRBO and this was by far the best. The pool was clean, warm, and beautiful, and was where we spent the majority of our time. The backyard was amazing with plenty of chairs, shade with the umbrellas, and the kids loved the fire table at night. The house was so nice inside, and had everything that we could possibly need. The hosts were incredible, they checked in multiple times before our stay even began, immediately answered any questions, made sure we were all set for check in on the day we arrived, and were always quick to respond to any needs (which were basically non-existent as they had already taken such great care of everything.) The location is amazing. We could walk to anywhere in downtown Cocoa, and the beach was barely a walk at all. The house came with bikes, a surfboard, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I could go on and on. To sum everything up, this will be the only place that we stay during any of our next trips!

Property was great swimming pool is huge. Loved it and was just a short five minute walk to the beach very convenient. Love the place. Will definitely come back again.
