Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. The Hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. We loved our stay! The pool was beautiful and plenty big. The only thing I would have liked is if it had been heated and maybe had a little pool vacuum as it got dented easily. Of course it was October so having a heated pool would have been great but any other time of the year it would really not be necessary. The Beach was a very easy and short walking distance…perfect. The pool was clean, warm, and beautiful, and was where we spent the majority of our time. The hosts were incredible, they checked in multiple times before our stay even began, immediately answered any questions, made sure we were all set for check in on the day we arrived, and were always quick to respond to any needs (which were basically non-existent as they had already taken such great care of everything.) The location is amazing. We could walk to anywhere in downtown Cocoa, and the beach was barely a walk at all. The house came with bikes, a surfboard, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I could go on and on. To sum everything up, this will be the only place that we stay during any of our next trips! ##### Justin B.
