My wife and I travel full time, and have stayed in our fair share of short-term rentals and hotels. Kelly's Beach House was one of our favorites so far! The difference to us was it was not so much a rental property, but a home. It was filled with family photos that just added to the nostalgic homey energy felt here -- not cold and sterile like so many STR properties nowadays. The pool was a bit chilly but it was so hot during our stay that it was welcome. Another huge plus was how clean everything was. Overall, it was a quiet and comfortable stay. Don't miss the dock across the street which is part of the property; we saw bioluminescent jellyfish, a manatee mother & baby as well as a dolphin! ##### Lance W. The house is older but felt like you were hanging out at the family beach house for the week. Lots of beach decor. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything from pool floaties, fishing equipment, gaming systems (for teenage boys). The host even let us check out of a few hours late (with out charging us for it). Plus their recommendation of visiting The Fat Donkey (ice cream) was a hit with my kids. If we could have stayed longer, we would have in a heart beat. I am truly going to miss watching the momma manatee with her baby floating by the docks. I have a feeling we will be back. ##### Felicia D. We appreciated having beach chairs, boogie boards, and fishing supplies! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils as well as spices! The beach was super easy to access (5 minute drive to free parking near Lori Wilson Park) and the screened in pool was a perfect way to cool off in the afternoons!
