This is the perfect condo at the perfect location for anyone wanting to stay in the Cocoa Beach area. It's right on the water and not far from the downtown restaurants and bars. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishware and much more. Beds are very comfy. Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, lots of towels. Beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards are all available for use. I will definitely return to this lovely place. We had coffee every morning on the balcony enjoying the view of the water. The hosts were extremely friendly and made our stay very pleasant.
