Beautiful place and great location

This rental is an amazing find. We loved everything about this place! The location was perfect and close enough to walk to many places including the beach. The outdoor dock with the tiki bar was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are all spacious with 3 shower heads in each. The pictures don’t do this place justice. I would highly recommend and definitely have this as a place to come back to.

Great place, lots of space, tiki bar, hot tub, biat rental, lota of extras for a beach day. Quick communication when we had a minor issue poo up. We all want to come back again!

Moms getaway

Am amazing home with everything you need for your stay. The layout of the house was perfect for three moms and our teenage sons. The host were very helpful and super friendly. Made for a perfect stay.

Great Hot Tub Locaion

The hot tub is located at the end of a canal and has a great view. The inside of the house is completely modernized and exceeded our expectation. We were all comfortable and had a great time.

College friends final 4 vacation getaway

Great property with plenty of room both indoors and outdoors. The Kitchen was well stick with supplies and great appliances. Enjoy the Tiki hut with a nice jacuzzi and view of the water. Would definitely rent again and recommend to other.

Amazing house and location

We did a staycation with family for my husband's birthday. The house sits on the water which was just beautiful and peaceful. We had 1 child and 1 adult with mental disabilities so having alarms on the sliding doors was a huge plus. Had one small problem with the ac but manager was on it. We hopefully will get a chance to stay again in the future.

Beautiful inside with amazing back yard!

My multi generational family stayed here for a week to kick off our summer. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to this beautifully remodeled home. The kitchen is fantastic with a gas range, microwave, large fridge and small appliances. It’s got pots and pans and stocked with essentials which was nice. The bedrooms were comfortable with king beds but no televisions. My kids enjoyed the kids room with the huge top bunk and small twins and TV below. I did have to wash all the sheets prior to going to bed the first night as they needed it. The absolute best part was the back yard. We were able to grill and eat outside, wake up to manatees playing, and my sons kayaked and fished in the inlet. We also enjoyed watching a rocket launch from the front yard and beach. The back was a little farther than we wanted to walk and we ended up driving there instead. The area is nice and there many things to do and see near by. Nice home for a family getaway and would recommend to others wanting to enjoy the area.

Great spot, beautiful sunsets, well equipped, beautifully done interiors, spacious living area

Loved staying here. Only issue was minor but two of us had on clean white socks and the kitchen dining and living area is one floor and a nice gray color and it definitely hadn’t been washed recently as our socks were black. No biggie as they had cleaning supplies. It’s a deceptively large place and trying to do a changeover in a short amount of time us challenging I’m sure. Fishing from the dock was fun and a dolphin actually came right up beside the dock. We didn’t use the hot tub but it’s in a great location to enjoy the sunset. Screened in porch fabulous. Tv had a little learning curve. Wifi card had pw in large caps and we couldn’t access so finally tried lower case and that worked. Highly recommend. Everything was well done and spacious and modern. Loved the neighborhood, folks were friendly. They’ve thought of every small appliance and games as well. Stay here and you will have a relaxing, lovely vacation.

Worth It Just for the View from the Hot Tub

Looks can be deceiving! When we pulled up, the house seemed small and dated. Inside was a different story. Lots of updates and plenty of space for our multi-aged family. The backyard was definitely the highlight. I’m not sure why the listing doesn’t have a photo to show the view from the hot tub but it was magnificent. We really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made our vacation easy. Only a couple of negatives- on the day of check-in I never heard from the property manager with check-in instructions. I had to message to ask for a door code. Also, noticed some cleanliness issues with the bathroom rugs (I washed them immediately) and a couple of the bedroom floors left our feet a bit dirty upon arrival. Seems the management/cleaning company may be taking shortcuts. At this price point, those two items are unforgiveable. Despite this, I would stay again and would recommend to others.

Amazing respite!

Absolutely loved this place! Six members of a "framily" stayed there for 11 days while work was being done at our home about 30 minutes away. The group included a 99 YO and an 80 YO who are both mobility impaired, and 4 friends in their 60's and 70's. The house and back yard are wonderfully accessible--the only spot that offered some difficulty was the step from the house to the back porch, but we were able to rig something up so that wasn't a deal-breaker. The house is updated, fresh and well-appointed. The second fridge was greatly appreciated and we wanted for nothing. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The best part was the ability to sit in the house or in the Tiki Hut and watch the manatees playing and the birds fishing in the canal. So relaxing and rejuvenating! A couple of us were able to use the kayaks and also enjoy the nearby beaches for beautiful sunrises. It certainly was peaceful. The owner was very responsive to our needs and quickly responded throughout the process. We would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again!

Paradise on an Intracoastal Canal

We had the best time on a mother/daughter trip, with the moms having the 3 king bed rooms and the daughters having the room with bunk and lower beds. We used all of the amenities, the kitchen is wonderfully stocked, the tiki area was where we spent most of our time enjoying the seating pit, lounge chairs, bar and hot tub. But the highlight was being able to jump in the kayaks provided and be on the intracoastal waterway in minutes and exploring more canals. We even had a wonderful interaction with a curious manatee! We give this property 5 stars and will likely come back annually.
