Our beautiful brand new 2-story beach home was just built in March of 2022\. It is located in an amazing quiet neighborhood. My best spot for this home is the back balcony, facing East, where you can have your peaceful sunbath in the morning. In the afternoon, enjoy your relaxing moment in the shade or take a short nap in the breezy air.
