HOUSE RULES  
1\. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.   
2\. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.  
3\. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.   
4\. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500\.   
5\. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.  
6\. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or pay for the repair.  
7\. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)   
8\. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.  
9\. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.  
10\. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.  
  
REPAIRS:  
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.  
  
The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

\- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.  
\- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.  
\- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.

Great little spot. My husband and I spent a week here and the location and proximity to the beach and dining was perfect. We had an issue with the AC the first night but management was amazing and solved it swiftly. Fantastic communication with host.

Place was in a great location for everything Coco Beech. Easy walking to the public beech area and a few great bars/restaurants within walking. Only issue was the beech chairs available for use. They were in very bad shape.

Stayed here for the weekend to visit some friends who ported here during their cruise. Close to food options and shopping. Condo was clean and easy to access. Neighbors who we ran into were friendly.

Interesting little property. Nice place. Gave 4 stars for cleanliness because I stepped on a random screw in the middle of the rug, which I’m sure is a one off gig, luckily it didn’t cause a severe injury Effortless checkin and checkout.

The space was a good size for a few nights' stay with my family. It was very clean. However, there were some strange smells, strong enough that my pillow brought the scent home with me. Also, the couch was very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the location was great! Very close to the beach and restaurants.

The location was convenient, with easy access for check-in, proximity to the beach, and close to Ron Jon Surf Shop. While the stay was brief, a longer duration would have been preferable..

Was a very pleasant stay. The couch was very hard and difficult to sit with our family on and the day bed was very squeaky. There was also only 2 towels in the bathroom and I booked for 4 people. But besides that it was a great place to stay.

#### Love that it is right by the beach

Same here with my two sisters we had a great time, The beds were comfortable. And I love that it is real close to the beach. And good restaurants.
