Settle into a bright, well-kept 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for easy beach living. The primary suite features king bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has 2 twins/queen. A sleeper sofa in the living area supports flexible sleeping arrangements. Linens and bath towels provided . Beach towels are also provided.  
  
The full kitchen includes full-size fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dining ware so you can cook in or enjoy takeout at the dining table. \[In-unit washer/dryer available for your convenience. Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room and bedrooms.

Walk past the pool and you’re on the sand—no driving, no crossing roads. Spend the day by the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, and rinse off at the outdoor showers after the beach. This is an owner week at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. The primary guest must be listed on the reservation to check in. After you book, we’ll collect your full legal name (must match your ID) and guest count to authorize you with the resort. At the front desk, bring government ID and a credit card for a refundable incidental hold (typically $100; subject to resort policy).
