This penthouse corner unit is right next to the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! The location simply cannot be beat! The Pier is great for people of all ages. Whether you are looking to fish, play beach volleyball or enjoy a nice dinner, drinks and live music, there is something for everyone. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction.

This unit comes fully equipped with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. You can comfortably sleep 5 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen air mattress in the living room. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers a view of the ocean and the most sunlight!

Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. In addition there is a 360 degree roof deck which is perfect for viewing shuttle launches, sunsets or just sunbathing! This is the only complex in Cocoa Beach with a roof top deck that allows weekly rentals.

Nice location walking convenience to everything. Everything was as described. Excellent host communication. Nice pool, closasthis beach access.Tip, if you want fresh off the boat caught seafood you might want to take a short drive to Port Canaveral.

Loved the location condo was updated nice . The things we didn’t like was ac vents were loaded with dust and moldy they should be cleaned and kitchen sink had no hot water. Also the slider in the master bedroom won’t close so you heard whistling sound at night. The mattress cover was stained bad and looked like blood stains on it.basically bad house keeping people otherwise a great stay and I will go back just tidy it up better.

Everything about this condo was PERFECT. We have 3 girls ages 17, 12, and 5 and they loved everything. There was plenty of beach stuff for all of us. The location to the pier and beach access is great. It is a little bit of a drive from the downtown area, but it didn't bother us. We were lucky to be able to watch a space launch from the roof and it was the COOLEST thing to experience.

Perfection in Cocoa Beach

My husband and I had a wonderful, relaxing time at this property. The unit is exactly as pictured, updated, and beautiful. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and we really enjoyed watching a Space X rocket launch from the rooftop deck. The location couldn’t be better: next door to the pier, and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and activities. Communication was fabulous, and we would definitely stay again, and recommend the unit to our family and friends.

Winter get away

We were originally booked to stay in unit 501. Drew, the property manager contacted me a few days before we checked in because unit 501 had some problems with the shower. He was great to work with and gave us the option to stay in unit 107. I’m so glad. It was on the main floor just off the pool and beach. The unit could use some updates. However, the kitchen was fully stocked to cook a meal. No spices so bring your own. We enjoyed our stay. I would stay here again.

A winter getaway

Enjoyable stay, really nice location. Unit needs some updating, kitchen drawers were usable but they just about fell out, appliances very outdated but usable and clean. The master bathroom shower needed a safety hold and the inner shower curtain was so long it blocked the drain and you ended up standing on it. My wife's biggest problem was the hair on the wall and on back of door in this bathroom and the dog treat in the couch cushion. But overall the condo was very nice. The problems were really minor just a tad bothersome but the check in process and Drew were fabulous. I would rent from him again.

Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Cocoa Beach. The location of the Chateau By The Sea is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach was fabulous.... What more could you ask for? It felt like a little home away from home. The property was clean but not set up very well

Upon arriving this unit was easy to find and clean. However it does have an odd layout, the bathroom is located within the second bedroom so whomever you have staying in there has to deal in and out traffic to the restroom and shower which proved to be more frustrating than I ever could have imagined. The second issue I had is with the Thermostat, it is set and cannot be changed which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall it is in a nice location however out of the 5 rentals I’ve chosen on VRBO this one was by far my least favorite.

Sunny, well-furnished condo right on Cocoa Beach, steps from the famous pier.

My husband and I spent two weeks in this condo last January, and one week this year. We love waking up with a cup of coffee on the south-facing deck, where the sun shines all day, and we are sheltered from the breeze. The pool is inviting, the beach is right there, and there are comfortable beach chairs and a nice umbrella, as well as a cooler. Cocoa Beach pier is steps away, and affords hours of entertainment. We like to spend the early evening there with a drink, watching beach volleyball, kite surfers, and all the kids playing in the surf.

Great location

We loved our stay here, based on the location and the size of the condo. Everything was provided that we could need and the response for an issue we had was fast. The only issue we had, which is of no fault of the owner, is they were working on the roof and said it was to be done during normal working hours, but I guess in Florida that means 7 AM, so no sleeping in on vacation. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Unit 501

The unit does need updated but was adequate for our needs. We enjoyed the ocean view that we had and could get a nice breeze, it was close to the beach and the pier and stores. I would stay on this property again and recommend it to others. The pool area was very nice. My only suggestion for the property is to fence in the dog area so the dogs can be turned loose off their leashes. The unit wasn't as clean as I would have preferred but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't stay there.
