Good but could communicate better
Condo was very clean and well stocked, plenty of extras. But we did not have a beach umbrella which we had asked if there one there before we booked and we assured there would be one there. Also no parking pass was left for us we messaged the owner 3 times but had no reply.

Very spacious and clean. Worked well for my family of six. Lots of nice amenities- large washer/dryer and items stocked for the home and play outside. Close to the beach. Would stay here again.

Ideal location beachside in cocoa beach
We loved the location right on the beach. House was very comfortable and more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Hopefully we will be back soon!

This property was great. Very clean and welcoming. There were extras included in the property that made it nice. Very close to the beach with a great view from the balcony.

Not a fun first 4 days
I walked into a VERY dirty condo, used washrags and towels, all garbage cans were full including bathrooms which were disgusting. Toilet had been used and not flushed which also had tons of flies in it. Floors had not been swept. I ended up cleaning the entire place MYSELF as well as doing the laundry. THE WORST PART was the air conditioner was broken and after calling Vacasa to complain, we found out that they ALREADY KNEW ABOUT IT 3 DAYS BEFORE WE CHECKED IN AND THEY STILL RENTED IT OUT TO US!!! We had to open the windows and due to the humidity, the entire tile floor was wet and slippery ALL THE TIME and everything else including our clean clothes felt damp all the time. Finally we were told the AC would be fixed on Tuesday... so we had to waste and entire day of our vacation waiting for a repair man! I will NEVER use Vacasa again.
