The Property Fee of $750 is a refundable deposit that will be returned within 14 days after the rental period if there is no damage to the condo or common areas, no missing keys (lost building keys cost $350 to prevent theft of keys), and the monthly electricity amount was not exceeded. This is a family owned property that we vacation to whenever possible.
