The location cannot be better. With a direct view of the ocean and the pool and steps away from the beach and a free parking space that comes with the property. The duplex itself was very clean and neat. The bedrooms are huge, the bathrooms more on the smaller side but all very functional and clean. The kitchen is a bit old but has everything you need. Only 45 minutes from MCO! Pictures are very accurate. You can see and hear the beach from your balcony. Loved the two huge bedrooms and the 2 1/2 baths. well stocked including beach chairs and umbrella and everything you need to cook. Within walking distance of grocery store and restaurants. 20 minutes to Kennedy Space Center. Very responsive host, who even left us some Easter candy ! Cocoa beach surf club down the street has bikes for rent and surfboards! If you plan on doing laundry, bring quarters for the machines. ##### Shannon L.
