You can visit the arcade or ice cream shop during the day, and go for a romantic dinner at night. You are also only a few minutes from the Famous Ron Jon's Surf Shop, which is a top local attraction. The balcony is great given its Southern exposure, which offers lots of sunlight! This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free high-speed wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer and much more. \* Air mattress available for additional sleeping space Chateau By The Sea is one of the few buildings with an oceanfront heated pool so you can swim and enjoy a great view of the pier and ocean. Great accessibility to the beach and pier and loved the 5th story deck for space launch viewing! The unit itself was very lovely. It was clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and beds. Plenty of bedding and towels. Property management was available and helpful. We cooked in a little- kitchen has main necessities but not extras. Adorable little place with plenty of room for the five of us. Right on the beach, with a pool and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Communication could not have been better when issues came up. Zareh was always there and got back to us sometimes within minutes. ##### Patty Gildea C.
