We got to our room about 9 pm after traveling 24 hours to get there. The room was not what the pictures portrayed. The room wasn’t the cleanest. We got a suite for 5 people. One of the available beds were a pull out couch. The mattress was old and dirty and not comfortable enough in the slightest bit to sleep on. He to so got multiple blankets so we could give it a little More cushion. U could see it hasn’t been cleaned probably. Stains on the sheets. Def would not stay again. I will say the out door lazy river pool area was nice.

This was a fun place to stay. The pool area and activities were wonderful for a family. The location was great too. We enjoyed going back and forth from the pool to the ocean. We would stay at the Beachside again.

Everything was great when we got there, friendly and check in was good. They said we got an upgrade because we were VIP with Expedia. The lady said we got the suite room which was on the 6th floor and it was alright, but not the cleanest and did not match the rest of the property, but just OK. Lazy river was nice and food was good, but food and drinks were way over priced.
