Just 200 ft from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The beach is only steps away! #13 is an upstairs condo with no elevator. If you are in good shape and able to walk up and down steps PROPERLY to access a condo, you will have no issues and will LOVE your stay at unit #13! Unit #13 is 615 sq. ft. with plenty of room! Master bedroom hosts a queen bed, dresser, mirror, bookshelf, iron and ironing board, with plenty of closet space. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware and extras. Lounge room host a large comfortable couch to relax and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet! Check in is completed by self check-in. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), 24/7 emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available within the hour via email or phone. The location is just perfect! Not only are you 200 ft from the beach, you have everything else close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is 1 mile away. 2 miles to Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The unit sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area host numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are only 70 miles away. You couldn't ask for a nicer location. The streets are guest friendly. Driving around is nice and easy. The streets are bike friendly with plenty if bike paths along the road. Great proximity to the beach and close to lots of great restaurants (highly recommend Vargas Cafe for authentic Cuban fare). A few things that could make the property even better: a king size bed, different cleaning products as whatever was being used had quite a strong smell, and a good fridge clean as it smelled like someone had stored fresh fish in there and then never cleaned it. You could eat off the floor ( we didn't !! ) the place was so clean. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, flat screen TV, and one hundred seventy steps to the beach....I counted, and I am an old man with tiny footsteps !
