The owner was very attentive to our questions and responded promptly. Our only (little) hassle was the limit of just 4 cars parked in the driveway. We did find an easy solution to that by moving a vehicle to the beachside parking lot a block away. You pay for the space thru a phone app and at $15 for a full day I thought it was a bargain. Other than that everything was great. The Beach is a block away. There are two supermarkets within two minutes north or south. The pool, firepit & game rooms kept folks occupied all weekend and the 11:00am checkout is an hour later than other places we've stayed at in the area.
