Perfectly situated for both beachside relaxation and nearby adventures—only 30 min. to Kennedy Space Center and 1 hour to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks.  
  
Experience Cocoa Beach's coastal vibes in this cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath coastal cottage. Enjoy your morning coffee on the inviting front patio, perfectly situated across from local shops and restaurants—ideal for people-watching or a relaxing start to your day.  
  
This private getaway offers a fully fenced backyard with a sun deck, outdoor hammock, charcoal BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area—perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine in total seclusion.  
  
Inside, the cottage features a king bed, two twin beds, and a full bathroom, with TVs and Netflix, plus complimentary Wi-Fi throughout. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials for cooking at home. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, along with beach chairs for your seaside adventures.  
  
No shared common areas—just your own peaceful slice of paradise.

Guests have private access to all parts of the cottage including the laundry, charcoal BBQ grill, garden, and outdoor dining area—all within a fully fenced backyard.  
  
Your Private parking space is marked with your cottage number.  
  
You are welcome to our beach supplies. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy.  
  
I am nearby and always available. I believe in the importance of privacy so I will not be coming by unless it’s needed. You will be provided my direct number where you can call or text anytime.  
  
DISCLOSURE:   
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, you undertake that all guests are expressly assuming the risk for any harm arising from their use of the property or others whom they invite to use the property.  
  
Please note that we have an Outdoor Ring camera located near the front door.

We are happy to accommodate up to 4 guests (including children). Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund.  
  
SMOKING:   
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not allowed in the home. Please be mindful of other guests and surroundings and do not toss cigarette buds or ashes in the lawn, garden, or in surrounding areas. Smoking is allowed outside with the doors closed, only.  
  
PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture.  
  
CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.  
  
CHECK-OUT time is 10:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.  
  
You’ll find a pack-n-play crib along with with a high chair for your little one, in the twin guest bedroom closet.

This is a wonderful little cottage in a great location in Cocoa beach. Can walk to the beach and resturaunts and quieter than up in the more commercial area. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Many little touches that made our stay better. Will definitely stay again when in Cocoa beach

#### Great Stay!

Clean and cute cottage two blocks from the beach. Has a nice little backyard area for a dog, and a hammock to chill. The kitchen has essentials like a Keurig machine, the bedrooms are spacious, and the bathroom has an updated, modern shower space. Great little landing pad after a day spent at the beach or hanging around town!

#### Perfect 

We loved the cottage. It was perfect better than we expected. Perfect location. It was clean and smelled so good. Had everything we needed for relaxing at the cottage and everything we needed for the short walk to the beautiful beach. Debra was super sweet and helpful. #### Cute Cottage for Weekend Trip

This cottage was the perfect place for our long weekend away. We loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we really appreciated all of the provided chargers for charging our devices. Debra was friendly and communicated everything we needed to know, even letting us know there was a launch scheduled while we were in town. We would definitely stay again!

#### Cozy Cottage

This cottage was perfect for us. We had all the room we needed for myself, my daughter and my two granddaughters for our girls vacation. Being close to the beach was perfect, short walk and appreciated the cottage having towels and a beach buggy. If we come to Cocoa Beach for another girls vacation, we would love to stay at the cottage again. It was perfect.

Awesome cottage! Cute and clean. Has everything you need. Restaurants walking distance. The pig and whistle right across was delicious. Tried a few different other restaurants as well few blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels,umbrella and cooler bag was awesome. Loved the back patio hang out. The mud room to hang your swim suits to dry. The kitchen has seasonings, cooking essentials. The bathroom was gorgeous! Black out blinds were perfect. Free netflix and cable helped while the little one relaxed. Beach was short walking distance. Definitely would stay here again. Deborah, Annette and Randy were all helpful. Me and my family loved it.

#### Phenomenal Cottage Stay

Absolutely loved the cottage, the location, the area, the restaurants. We felt right at home during our RV traveling break. Our two little dogs loved it too. If you don't enjoy this gem, well, enough said. Highly recommended.

#### Clean and Convenient

The cottage was clean and just the right size for a stay at the beach. My teenage son and I were visiting for a swim training trip and found the location extremely convenient to the pool and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach from the cottage and nice to be able to spray off the sand in the private back yard after a day in the waves. There were plenty of charging stations throughout the house and access with the keypad on the front door was easy. Thank you for helping make our Cocoa Beach visit a great one!

#### Cottage in Cocoa Beach

The cottage was adorable. Impeccably clean and had everything you need to stay other than your own food and drinks. I would definitely stay there again. It was 3 minute walk to the beach. They had a beach stroller, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to use and an outdoor shower to use afterwards to get the sand off. They’ve truly thought of everything you need for a beach stay. They also had nice kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes to use. The caretaker lives right next door which is helpful if you need anything. Great place and great location!!

#### Lovely Cottage

This was perfect for us as it was an easy 3 block walk to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. The king bed was so comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Those things are important! The owner thought of everything we might need. Would absolutely stay there again.

#### Cocoa experience was awesome

The cottage was perfect for my family of four, 5yo, 13yo, spouse and dog. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a short walk, a few blocks, away. Plenty of places to eat around us. The cottage had everything we needed as well as very clean. Backyard space perfect for a quick nap on the hammock and for our dog to stretch his legs. Honestly, I did not cook during our stay but the kitchen had everything you may need to cook a small meal. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and linens were well supplied. Property owner readily available and helpful. Overall, our stay in Cocoa Beach was perfect.

Debra is a great host! We enjoyed the cute little cottage during our short stay. Very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and a great little outdoor area. A short walk to the beach and places to eat. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Cocoa Beach!

Was in Cocoa Beach for a work trip and will definitely be back to this quaint cottage for more R&R next time. The owner was sooo great at communicating about local events and making sure that everything was okay. Lots of restaurants and a dog beach within walking distance. Thanks!
